Bobclass is a professional class and appointment scheduling app designed for small businesses and studios, including yoga teachers, personal trainers, music teachers, dance schools, and tutors. In addition to scheduling capabilities, it offers a range of features such as sales tracking, progress tracking, attendance tracking, and payment tracking. One of its key advantages is that it can be used offline, providing uninterrupted service even without an internet connection.

Once you have set up your class schedule or defined your availability, Bobclass allows you to easily share it with your clients through a web link. Clients can then request bookings in just a few simple steps directly from their browser. This convenient feature streamlines the booking process for both you and your clients.

 <li>Class scheduling: Schedule classes and add clients to them, either in advance or on the spot. Clients receive confirmation emails or text messages when they are added to a class.</li>

 <li>Online booking: Share a web page link with clients so they can view your availability for private appointments or scheduled activities for group classes. They can then request slots or spots directly from the webpage.</li>
 <li>Attendance tracking: Mark clients as attended using your mobile device. The system automatically matches attendance with purchased packages. You can even mark all participants at once.</li>
 <li>Check-ins: Efficiently check-in your clients one by one as they arrive for group classes. It only takes about 5 seconds per check-in, including matching with a class pass.</li>
 <li>Packages: Keep track of packages sold to clients, whether they are multi-class passes, one-offs, or subscriptions. Bobclass seamlessly matches package purchases with attendance.</li>
 <li>Sales and payments: Define three types of products – packages, subscriptions, and retail items – and sell them to your clients. Register payments on the spot or keep them open for later.</li>
 <li>Team management: Schedule activities in parallel and view calendars per instructor. Easily prepare daily or weekly rosters for your team members without giving them access to sensitive client data.</li>
 <li>Progress tracking: Keep a diary of progress notes, including images, videos, and documents, to provide personalized attention in 1:1 training.</li>
 <li>Syncing with external calendars: Sync your Bobclass calendar with Mac, Google, Outlook, and Windows calendars. You can also display external calendars in the Bobclass calendar to keep track of personal appointments while scheduling work appointments.</li>

Please note that subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings.
